The Nissan S30, sold in Japan as the Nissan Fairlady Z and in other markets as the Datsun 240Z, then later as the 260Z and 280Z, is a grand tourer produced by Nissan from 1969 until 1978. The Nissan Z's styling, engineering, relatively low price, and impressive performance resonated with the public, received a positive response from both buyers and the motoring press, and immediately generated long waiting lists. The Datsun 260Z 2+2 version features an 11.9?-longer wheelbase than the standard coupe in order to accommodate a pair of rear seats for additional passengers. 

This 260Z 2+2 has been sitting on an inland property in west NSW and is ready for restoration. The 260Z appears to be mostly complete less some of the front end, and the car does show signs of rust, particularly in lower areas such as the floor. The engine does turn over, however has not been tested further due to how long the vehicle has been sitting for. The Japanese sports coupes are a desirable choice of a classic car, with a following across the globe.
