KEY FACTS
A true icon of British motoring, the MGB Roadster captures and captivates enthusiasts worldwide for classic open-top sports cars. Known for its engaging manual driving experience, the MGB remains one of the most enjoyable and usable classics of its era.
This example is offered as part of an estate matter and has been modified for Hillclimb and Tarmac rally purposes. Significant work has been carried out to ensure the car meets CAMS specifications, however with motor-sports regulations changing constantly, the car may require some updates for certain classes of competitive racing.
The MGB has seen a number of upgrades including: External catch can, Crane Cams fireball XR700 ignition, Weber carb 45DCOE152, Perspex windscreen, Cams approved rollover protection 65386, Fibreglass bonnet and boot with additional parts including bonnet, boot, grille, standard windscreen and more, Passenger floor mounted battery, Sabelt race seat, Momo steering wheel with shift light mounted on column, Battery isolator, Fuel cell in boot, 14 x 6 lightweight wheels, Disc brake front and more. On the last outing the car did receive an impact to the front right hand side with some panel damage as seen in photos and the steering rack coming loose.

Collection & Removal: All items must be completely removed from their current location at the buyer’s expense. Listings for items suitable for postage will include an estimated shipping cost.
Size & Handling: Buyers are responsible for assessing the size and weight of their items and must bring sufficient assistance and equipment for safe removal. Staff are unable to assist with lifting or moving.
Care of Premises: All buyers are required to use due care when removing items to ensure no damage is caused to the premises.
Courier Collections: Items cannot be returned to our warehouse. However, couriers are welcome to collect on your behalf. Please provide written approval and courier details to auctions@allbids.com.au in advance.
