HSV was a joint venture between Tom Walkinshaw and Holden and was introduced in 1987 as the performance vehicle sector of Holden, after controversies around the HDT Director and Energy Polarizer from Peter Brock's HDT vehicle sector. The VY Series only ran for two short years and the VY S2 Series HSV saw a significant power upgrade from the S1.

This 2004 HSV VY Clubsport S2 is build number #0504 and was built on the 26/03/2004. From factory the car was finished in the always popular Sting Red with black leather trim and a 6-speed manual gearbox. Aftermarket upgrades include a Harrop Supercharger kit, NPC heavy duty clutch kit, VCM Camshaft Package (VCM5SC), Pioneer head unit with Bluetooth and Apple Car Play, reverse camera, roof mounted DVD player, dual Rockford Fosgate P1 subwoofers, dual 3" exhaust, Auto Meter Boost Gauge, 20" King wheels and more. Factory features include ABS brakes, limited slip diff, power sunroof, Xenon headlights, foglights, climate control, multi function steering wheel, power windows and more.

The car overall is in particularly good condition for its age both inside and out and would make a great weekend toy.
