The Holden VL Commodore is an iconic Australian Sedan being the last iteration of the first generation of commodores produced by Holden between 1986 and 1988 and in recent years has dramatically increased in value due to its popularity among Australian car enthusiast and collectors. It is a popular platform for modifications with factory examples available in a 3.0L 6-cylinder, 3.0L Turbo 6-cylinder and the 5.0L V8. The factory 6-cylinder cars featured the popular Nissan built RB30DE (non turbo) and RB30DET (turbo) engines.

This VL Executive is a matching numbers genuine ex-police BT-1 example that has traveled only an indicated 103,337ks since new and includes a range of receipts for some of the recent work completed and the original stamped owners manual. This VL has had recently undergone a range of work to ensure it is in great mechanical order including a full service, new front shocks, new timing belt kit and water pump, transmission service, new wheel bearing, new centre bearing and uni joints, new tyres and more. This turn key collectable classic is currently registered on non-transferable historic rego, however is a good running and driving example just in time for summer.
