LX stands for Luxury Crossover, a fitting name for the most luxurious and expensive 4x4 in the Lexus range. Like previous generations of the LX, the fourth gen LX is based heavily off the current generation of the rugged and reliable Landcruiser, that currently being the 300 Series.
The new J310 Lexus LX is offered with a twin-turbocharged six cylinder for the first time, dropping the V8 power plant seen in the previous generations. However this new 305kw six-cylinder combination doesn't compromise on power or economy and with the 10-speed automatic 4x4 transmission the LX goes 0-100 in just 7-seconds while using a quoted combined fuel of only 12.1L per 100km of driving.
This as new 2022 Lexus LX-600 is a top tier F-Sport trim level finished in a desirable Sapphire Black Metallic with full black leather trim. The car has had both services by time completed by Lexus despite only traveling a mere 9,060ks since new.
