The Rover P6 is a small to medium sedan produced by Rover and then subsequently British Leyland from 1963 through until 1977. The P6 was the first ever winner of the European Car of the Year award. The Rover P6 was offered in 3 different models, the 2000, 2200 or 3500 correlating to its engine displacement. The 3500 was the most popular of the models featuring a compact 3.5L Alloy V8 designed by Buick and was seen as a way to differentiate the P6 from its rival, the Triumph 2000.
This particular Rover P6 3500 is all original and features white paint, a red leather interior 3 speed automatic gearbox, twin carby intake and much more and was seen as a luxury car for its time. These Rovers have become quiet collectable in recent years and good condition examples have become harder and harder to find. This vehicle does run and drive well however inspections of the vehicle are recommended before placing a bid.
