The FPV F6 Typhoon was launched in 2004 as a new introduction to the FPV line-up and were fitted with the forever popular turbocharged 4.0-liter Barra straight-six. Prior to the launch of the main range, 16 of these F6 Typhoons were produced as a pre-production builds with individual numbers badged on the console. These vehicles were used within the Ford team & directors, as well as media events, photo-shoots, car reviews and more.

This example is build number 12 of 16, finished in a Shockwave Blue with black leather interior and a desirable 6-speed manual. The car retains both keys and remotes, as well as the original books with detailed partial history. The first services shown in the book were done by Gregory's Ford in Braddon ACT, before the car made its way to Victoria until recently making it back to the ACT. The F6 still has current VIC registration until 02/03/2023 and the custom HERF6 plates are included in the sale. The F6 has had some modifications fitted to enhance the performance including an upgraded turbo, Plazamaman intercooler, full exhaust with dump pipe, heavy duty clutch and a tune. Factory features include Brembo brakes, original FPV wheels, leather interior, power windows, factory dash mounted gauges, dual zone climate control, push button start and more.

A report from Ford is also included in the sale noting that of the 507 BA F6 Typhoon Sedans this was the only one produced with these options. This is a great example that is ready to be enjoyed.
